I thought of having some tiny goals each month to have something to work for would be fun. At least for me. And now when it is August and my birthday month I wanted to try something new.
Having goals in life always keeps you motivated to move forward in life. Some people like to focus on one or two BIG goals for the future and others prefer smaller goals to help move forward.
Myself? I prefer smaller goals but I also have big goals I try to focus on to achieve.
August 2025
The goals of this month is (3-5 mini goals per month);
- Weightloss (continue with it). Try lose minimum 2kg.
- Participate/attend in school as much as possible
- Become a better blogger and really try focus on it to move forward with it
- Plan my next solo traveler trip
- Continue to work on my mental health
I know these goals seems weird but they might can keep me on the ground and move forward.
My mental health is my top priority though (even if its last on the list). My mental health isn’t the best and I must get out of it.
